This engaging session will provide practical tools to better understand grief, offer meaningful support, and recognize signs of compassion fatigue in yourself and others. Whether you're supporting a family member, friend, community member, or colleague, this training will help you show up with confidence, empathy, and care.

and give you 16 strategies to support and connect with them in a way their brains and bodies can receive it.
